This is our working doc for today. We go through it together, top to bottom. By the end we know exactly what starts Monday. The goal today is to line everything up, not to finish anything.

How We Work
I am getting down to just a few long term partners on purpose, so your brand gets my full creative focus instead of scraps. I am here to serve. That is the posture I am coming in with.

First Thing Today
We start moving your domain from Shopify over to GoDaddy, so we can build everything on framer.

The Build
One website on prestonjacob.com that holds everything: your shop, your book, an about page, and email and SMS signup. People are following you, not a book or a clothing line. So it all lives in one house.

The Trip
Building the website and your apparel means Connor and I fly out to you, get a place to stay, shoot your photos and video, and work alongside you for about a week. This could happen as soon as two weeks from now.

The Book
We create your cover and product assets, build a simple marketing plan, and set up your launch emails, broadcast channel copy… all of it - so you have people ready the day it goes live and hardly have to lift a finger. No friction.

One Account
Everything you launch, the book and the apparel, posts from your main page so it reaches everyone already following you.

The Tools We Set Up
We will set up the tools that run everything, like your email app, your text app, and your site, all on your own accounts so you fully own them. They run somewhere around a couple hundred dollars a month to start, and we have it down to a science to where it's most affordable and most efficient, as well as effective. All we need from you is a quick yes to get them set up, and we will always be up front about what each one costs. We store passwords in a secure base that only we can access.

The Money, Let Us Talk It Through
We do not need to land on a final number today. We just want to make sure we see this the same way before we build. A few honest questions, both directions.
How do you picture handling the money for something like this. A one time build fee, a monthly, a share of what we build together, or some mix.
What feels right to you to put in up front to get everything built and shipped.
Have you invested in your brand, or in help like this, before. How did that go.
Are you comfortable covering the travel for us to come out to you.

What Comes Later
Bigger things like a course can come down the road. Right now we focus on your shop, your book, and your email and SMS. A course, or a discord community for believers to grow in their fatih.

What We Need To Start Monday
Your final manuscript and cover files. The info for your about page. And the week that works best for us to fly out and shoot your photos and video.

We line up the direction. We start the domain transfer. Your files come over. We pick the week for the trip. Then Monday, we run.
